Operational Excellence for Growth-Ready Businesses
Together, we can professionalize your operation in less time than you can imagine.
I'm a Fractional COO and Executive Coach. A full time COO is traditionally perceived as the CEO's right hand, transforming the CEO's long-term vision for the business into an actionable plan and overseeing the daily business operations of the company. On the other hand, a Fractional COO fully develops existing or newly hired COO's. Further, I assist the leadership team as a "growth accelerator." As such, I concentrate my energy and expertise on strategic projects designed to exponentially increase revenue, profits, productivity and culture.

Small to medium Sized Businesses Often Fail for One of Six Reasons
- Your business mission or purpose motivates no one
- Your marketing effort is muddled and fails to produce the desired results
- Your present sales approach is failing to deliver the desired results
- A present product or services offering is not as profitable or in demand as it could be
- An operations strategy that amounts to organized chaos
- The constant threat of running out of cash causes night sweats
How I Can Help You Grow

Hi,
I'm Jim Sexton...
The Virtues of Being a Good Servant Leader
I teach others to lead not for power but for purpose by putting others needs first. In my career, I have always led by example; I'm a product of the people that raised me and those that I have met along the way on my journey. To be a good servant leader means to lead by putting others first----prioritizing their growth, well-being, and development of individuals and teams before seeking personal or professional gain. The concept, popularized by Robert K. Greenleaf, is rooted in humility, empathy, and the desire to serve rather than control.
In our time together, I'm committed to building the highest level of trust and loyalty. We'll accomplish that by being honest and transparent with each other. I choose to coach rather than command. I focus for the long game rather than take short-term wins (and have the wisdom and experience to know the difference!) Why work with me? You'll get access to the wisdom of someone who knows a little bit about a lot, so you can avoid unnecessary mistakes, execute on what matters, and succeed faster than you would on your own.

You are an honorable man, true friend and gentleman. You have integrity and keen insight into people and situations. You have given much more than you have taken, including to me, and I can name many others that would agree. You've spent a career righting and running ships to smoother sailing and the results speak to your veracity and quality leadership.

It's not so much about how much you know. It's not about how smart you are or how you deliver your perspective with conviction. It's about how much you care about me. Jim sat down, he listened, and he didn't interrupt me. Jim listened to understand. Getting to the truth is very important. Jim will tell you.

FREE DOWNLOAD: Five Strategies to Leverage Experienced Leadership Without The Expense Of A Full Time COO
The reality is, the salary of a full time COO can be daunting, especially for small to mid-sized businesses. At the very moment when a strategic leader’s insights and expertise could significantly elevate your operations, financial constraints may put that option out of reach.
The challenge of navigating growth struggles doesn't need to hold you back. Without varying perspectives and solid, experienced guidance, businesses can miss key growth opportunities or even face operational setbacks. Emotionally, not having access to the required expertise can feel like an uphill battle where every day is a struggle for survival and success seems ever-elusive. You don’t have to feel that way. Your organization deserves access to high-level operational leadership without it being a budgetary strain.
